Modifications: I used more vegetables than it called for, added one more brat, and ~1/2 pound of chipotle bacon.
Notes: We made this a few years ago, but not apparently since we started this blog, big mistake! This soup was awesome, and closely resembles the other vegetable soups we make. Love having leftovers for lunches too.
