Modifications: I used crushed tomatoes instead of diced and only used ~ 2 cups of broth because I like thicker chilis.

Notes: This was a good weeknight meal – make the chili in the crock pot during the day and then cook and add the frozen tortellini when you get home. Very easy and you’ve got leftovers for lunches.
